How do we get the UTV to and from the trails?

Our machines are street legal, allowing customers to park their vehicle onsite and drive the UTV directly from our location to the trails. The exception to this is the Kirwin trailhead. Machines MUST BE trailered or delivered to Kirwin. We do have trailers can be rented for an additional fee.

Who is allowed to drive? 

Renters and drivers MUST BE 25 years of age or older.  No-one under 25 years of age is allowed to drive.

Do I need a waiver even if I'm not driving?

Yes, anyone who is 18 years of age or older needs to complete their own waiver prior to riding in the machine. It is recommended for everyone to bring their photo ID or a copy of to ensure waivers are completed properly.

Do you offer guide service?

Fee rate of $400 + any tips to be shared with the guide

Is there a refuel fee?

If a unit is returned and has not been fueled fully, there will be a $55 charge per machine.

What taxes are there for rentals?

• Wyoming Sales Tax - 4%

• Wyoming Rental Fee - 4%

• Polaris Booking Fee - 13%
   

What clothes should I wear?

•Weather in Wyoming can change in an instant. We recommend dressing in clothes that keep you fully covered and additional coats in case of a storm that may pass over.

• Close toed shoes

• Long pants

• Long sleeved shirts

• Hat​

• Sunglasses​

What happens if I return my rental late?

If you do not return the rental by the respective time, there will be a fee of $75/hour.

Can you deliver and pick-up my rental?

UTV’s can be delivered and picked up from location for a fee of $175/unit for full-day rides only.

Should there be an accident/damaged machine, what are the associated fees? 

Immediately, your card will be charged the respective deductible amount for your insurance. ($3,000 or $1,500 for side by sides, $1,500 or $750 for slingshots) There is also a $750 recovery fee per machine too that will be charged.
